Health card

Dear All,

Can a person put a specific name on a alberta health card or they give us the option wht name u need on the health card.

For example
Surname A
Given name B C

Can he used A C B

In my passport in given name my father name is written first and then my name

Any expert plz reply

But i have ask in other forum but they told you cannot use any name it will be as per my passport given name

My passport has given name in which my father name is written first and then my name

i just want that my name is written first and then my father name on health card
i have all the indian documents to prove my correct name

Can i use this name on health card

I really need your reply

I think it totally depends on the province. I lived in ON for a short while and I got the feeling that their health care would not be very flexible if you wanted to change something but in AB on the other hand, I would believe that they give you some flexibility. Actually I have heard of people who have made some adjustments to their name on their health cards. However, the AB health card doesn't have a picture so it's not really a valid ID. I would think it's a bigger question if you can get a drivers license with the names in different order and I am not sure that you can.

But i am worried how to fixed this problem

I will get my visa in one week as per my passport name.

Can i do landing and send my passport and do the amendment in given name from indian embassy

After getting my passport.Can i change my SIN CARD,PR CARD ETC

But i dont know how can i fixed this problem as its just a change of order in given name and not a legal name change

Yes, when you get a new passport, you can probably use that to change everything else. Send immigration copies of your old passport, new passport and every document you have that supports your case. I think immigration might be the biggest problem, I don't think the SIN card will be a big deal.

From your post Should i assume that i can convince the officer who issue health card and SIN CARD to use my correct name on the card

Will my alberta health card will be as per my correct name if i show them all my educational documents,driving license,indian birth certificate etc
