health card in alberta

hi, i got the medical card already.
but here is one question -
my husband put me in his account.
and on the card, it shows his last name rather than my maiden name.
but hte problem is i didnt change my last name to his officially.
This means that my last name on the pr card should be maiden name.
Will there be any problem for this inconsistency ?

You can go to the registry office and have them change it.
They put my 7 year old down as male for gender somehow despite seeing her birth cert and passport lol,changed no problem!
