Hello! I'll be studying in Albert starting on Sep 3. I want to know if it is free for international students to apply for an Health Card in Alberta? what are the requirements? thank you for the help!

As per the details i got..we need to pay extra for it. Need to take passport copy,study permit copy and address proof and go to registry ofc.
