Hi, It's been roughly 3 months since I've landed and wanted some info on how to get the Ontario Health card.
I feel I had completely wrong info and waited 3 months for nothing. I assumed I had to wait 3 months before I could apply and now I realize I could have applied at the start.
What are my options now? Would there be any issue if I apply now? And do they accept bank statements as address proof (as the house rent agreement is under my bother's name).

You must also meet at least one of the following additional requirements. You:

It can take up to three months for your OHIP coverage to begin after you’ve been approved unless you qualify for immediate coverage.

Regarding the documents, you would need: See this

Go to 777 Bay at 6 AM. Bring ALL required documents or they'll send you back from the reception area. As proof of residence, you can use any Utility Bill, Credit Card statement, NOA, basically, any official document that has your Ontario address and name on it.

The credit card statement would be for the last 3 months? and is it okay if it's a print out of the digital statement?
