HI, I believed you're under HCCP program based on the title of your post, right?
According to the news from IRCC, as of April 8, 2021, they already received 2,367 applications for this program, only 380 applications are needed and they will reach the quota for this year. That will only mean once they reach the quota, they will no longer accept applications for this year. So you have to wait for the program to reopen on January 01, 2022, to send applications.
So better submit your applications the soonest while it's still open. Good luck
