Is there any applicant with spouse and children (below 18) received Ppr?

I know one Dec 2019 applicant who received PPR 2 weeks ago. From Amritsar, India.

If the Dependent is of the age of less than 18 (17 in some provinces), then the local Visa Office (Country) will send the Student Visa, Otherwise Edmonton office will send the work permit letter
