Ircc received my application January 21, 2021
Received Temporary Number by May 2021
Same letter received AOR July 2021
Temporary number starts with E

Applying outside Canada

No update they receive my file on 22 Apr 21. and i hear here that they returning the file onward 21 Apr.21 but till date on update on my file

Keep checking the account from where you paid your fee for a refund.

Yes, they haven't started working on outside applicants till now. So the wait continues...
