Oct 21- submitted proof of experience (Bank Statement, Reference Letter, Updated Generic Form, Schedule 19B, Paystubs, Job Offer, IMM5406, IMM5669)
Oct 21- same day AOR
Oct 25- medical and biometrics request for dependant

yes, done medical and biometrics last November however my dependant has medical history so it may take some time to clear and get result.. I do not have any T4 and NOA since my 6 month work experience only covers the month of April up to October..

I came into Canada in Jan 2024 under the HCCP and now I am due to apply for PR after my Six 6month work experience. One of the requirement to show Proof of Work experience is T4 tax slips and NOA. My employer said he cannot get my T4 now from CRA until after filing tax next year 2025 january . What should I do ? I have other documents to show . Anybody in this same situation?

some people applied without T4 and NOA. But why take the risk? You should wait until the end of February 2025 to get your R T4 from your employer. Then you fill out your taxes and get your NOA. Don't rush and put in risk your application. Many things are occurring now with the imminent change of government. so apply with all the support documents required. just my opinion.

You made us frightened. There was some cases who applied their documents without T4 and got their PR ( if they didn't lie about it).
I submitted my documents with a cover letter why I don't have T4 but I also attached some of my employer's CRA approval letters of receiving the taxes of my work which he has paid every 3 months.
