Hello Nwolisa, please what if my country is Nigeria and tertiary institution was attended in Nigeria.? any chance of avoiding IELTS for post-graduate university in Canada.?

Well Actually it could be viewed as the both, but majorly the Money,(if one doesn't get required points in 1st sitting, one would have to pay MONEY again to re-take). And I don't want to have to spend that sort amount if it can be avoided, when in-fact I have humongous number of other things that require the money. So, Please, any help with my above question?
