having Visa & getting WP at POE

he did not know he would have work when he applied, he paid a 150 for his visa.... sad if he has to pay another 150 again at POE.

so when he comes at the POE and they ask him why he wants to come to canada, he gives his LMO and contract? does he need other documentation, or to fill out anything (cos he don't read and write). can anyone give me details on the process he will go through at the toronto airport upon arrival, he does have a connecting flight once he clear customs and immigration.

well i guess there won't be any problems with getting his work permit at the POE, as his visa is the work visa after all, so that should help ;D sorry i was mis informed through helping 2 different friends.
