Having Trouble with uploading Express Entry Profile via MyCIC

I have attempted several times last few days to submit my Express Entry profile but getting an error saying

"This online service is currently not available "
Possible reasons
1 We are currently updating this website
2 We are experiencing technical difficulties


Could you please tell me what is going on with express entry system

if this problem happened after the signature page, make sure that you put something in "first name" - worked for another guy on here.
