your brother will not be a problem...u need to worry if any of your family members is well settled in canadamention your blood relation for home ties.........not showing any properties will weaken your case/

he keeps moving nd currently they r settled in nepal....

No, it doesn't affect much. In your application you have to show that why will you return back to your home country and if you make VO believe on this then you will get your visa.
Currently, we have 2 Pakistani members on this forum whose siblings are citizen of Canada and yet they have got their visas.
