having a tough time changing address

i am have a hard time to change the addresss on the PR card.
i just landed 10 days ago and i have been to service canada to change it and they told me
to go online or call them, i did call them but no one picks up the phone.
Online i am using my COPR number starting with a T to change it...
I am unable to do so.
Please advise.

You have to use the number given at the back side starting with 'PA'. It should be there on top

I did that and it has not worked.
I just landed as common-law spouse
there is no other way to change the addresss...

did u select pr card number from the list??? I mean in Identification Type: box

I dont have a PR card number
nor I do have any PA number on my COPR
COPR has Document# (starts with an T), UCI#(8 digit#), Application# (starts with a E)
i have entered the COPR # and it does not work

Ok in this case use the email form on this link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/change-address.asp

It says "If you can’t change your address online, you can change it using this email form (in Canada only). Follow the instructions and include all the details we ask for."

Just select 'change of address' in 'Type of Application' box
