Haven't received WP-EXT for PGWP letter

Hello everyone. I have a question regarding WP-EXT for PGWP letter.

I submitted application for PGWP on Jan 10 but haven't received WP-EXP yet. I saw many people received this letter the next day after submission, so i am really worried.

Is there any problem if I don't have that letter?

I haven't received the letter nor the final decision of my application. Still waiting.
