Haven't received original CAQ by mail

Hi folks, it's been 5 weeks since I received a letter of confirmation for CAQ, but I haven't got the original CAQ which was said to be sent by postal mail.
What if I come to Canada without the original document? Can I use the printed out letter instead of the original one for procedures at the border, schools or other places?

you will need the Original copy to do whatever. call CIC and they will send you a new copie

Thank you for the response, but CAQ is not issued by the CIC.
Have you applied to Quebec before? I just want to know for more information Cause I'm kinda worried about my situation, I tried to call the immigration office but could not connect.

Hello all,

I mailed in my missing documents for the CAQ on 10th july, and the courier was delivered on 17th july. I was wondering how long it would take for them to issue the CAQ after this.

Will I have to wait another 20+ business days for them to process the missing documents? Or should I be expecting something within the coming week? Any insight on this would help.
