haven't received Letter of Acceptance yet, please help :(

I have applied in Associate Degree of Science for Columbia College, Vancouver on 2nd july, but I haven't received any reply or my offer letter from college. The college administration was saying that they provide offer letter in 5-10days. I have to even apply for my loan and last date for application filing is 1 August under SPP.

please help me, what should I do now?
