Hi everybody, I have an online oath ceremony scheduled on 14th February. I submitted an online application. I received an email regarding oath ceremony details and instructions but I haven't received email with instructions to download e-certificate. I am aware that we can not download the certificate until after the oath but I have seen people receiving e-certificate email before the oath ceremony with all the instructions and an invite code to create an IRCC Portal Account. Should I contact IRCC regarding this or should I wait till the oath day and ask the officer after the oath? Can anyone please help me? Thanks in advance.

You don't need that email to create the account. You can do it on your own too

You can create account anytime. You don’t need to wait for Oath but you can only download E- Certificate after ceremony.
