Haven't heard anything since more than 2 months after getting the PER

I got my PER on 2nd September. I havent heard anything since then. No file transfer email or anything. Is this normal? Btw my visa office is London (in case if it matters)

Generally LVO communicates with in 60 days but even the delay of 90 days is recorded
so stay calm and be positive

Wait with patience, it may take time, we are waiting for last 13 months after PER....LVO is unpredictable.
