Hello all.i hope your doing extremely well.
I posted my visa application last year in novemeber.my attorney did the online application from canada.
im from iran.
i dont have username and password for my cic account so i cant see my answer.
my attorney tells me so far they havent answer anything.
so i wanted to do another application with another attorney.but the second attorney told me he needs the cic acount username and password.
but my first attorney says he cant give it to me because he has other clients in that account.
so my question is can you transform one application from one cic account to another one?
what should i do?
any help would be appreciated.
this is so important to me.
thank you.

It would be extremely extremely rare to not get an answer that long.

You could try to create a new gckey account and link the application using that UCI, but it may fail as you already have an account.

can you transform an application from one cic account to another one?for example with uci number?

It's possible, but it's a flawed process.

I'm not sure you can do it from a representative's account to yours, as I think you'd need to access both accounts, not sure.

My suggestion is to try to order your case notes using the UCI account number and application number you already have. Ideally you know someone in Canada who can do it for you.

As the primary applicant you should be able to do it yourself without dismissing the first lawyer.
