OK, think of it like this. The question is asking you "Have you ever applied to ENTER or remain in Canada."

According to you, you have been refused a TRV three times -- a TRV is a visa to ENTER Canada. You didn't receive it -- that means, very likely, that your application was REFUSED.

The answer to your question is concealed within a careful reading of the information contained here.

The answer is Yes, you've been refused 3 times, right?

You've applied for a TRV 3 times, and been refused, right?

Why do you want to say that you haven't been refused?

Your answers should be:

Question 2 b: Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country.
Answer: Yes, three times

Question 2c: Applied previously to enter or remain in Canada
Answer: Yes

You must provide the complete details of your previous applications and refusals in the box provided for Question 2 of the 'Background Information' section.

Failure to declare previous visa refusals/entry denied for Canada and/or ANY other country could make you inadmissible due to misrepresentation + a 5-years ban from entering Canada.

Do go through the Application Guide carefully before you complete your TRV application + you must prove you have overcome your previous refusal reasons with evidence

Hi Bryanna,

I had an express entry profile in pool, which is now expired.
I never got ITA as i had low score.
I now intend to apply for TRV, should I answer "yes" to the question.

Thanks in advance
