Hi,

I was denied entry to USA on F1 10 year back and was asked to withdraw the application for admission due incorrect paperwork (Visa approved for X university, was traveling to Y university)
Then, I applied for F1 again after 4 years, got approved (after a long visa interview). I am in USA now on H1B visa (from past 3 years).
Been to home country a couple of times, every time i had to undergo special secondary inspection process.

I received ITA now and was filling the application form and came across this question 'Have you ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?'
(I got PCC from india and FBI PII, both got cleared without any issues)

I know I have to 'YES' and give explanation. But, I am worried if this could impact canada pr application, anyone had similar history and got their PR rejected/additional questions?

TIA

Q1 where I answered okay to withdraw the application : This is what i signed on that day (10 years back)

It doesn't stop you from being approved.

Answer Yes- I was told I did not meet the requirements.

Canada can check if you ever been denied a visa, especially if it’s the US and if you say no, it could count as misrepresentation. Mention the all the visa refusals and provide details.
