Have you been charged...?

Hi My husband is applying for a visitor's visa. There is a question that says "have you been charged..."? Is he going to answer "yes" if he was charged last 2003 and the case was dismissed in less than a month due to insufficient evidence? He just received his NBI clearance showing "No derogatory Record ". Please help..Thanks

He can answer yes and also attach the court documents for the dismissal and his NBI clearance. Should not be an issue.

It will be a much bigger problem if he does not tell the truth. Don’t worry. If it was dismissed it should be fine.
