Have you applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before

Dear Seniors,
I received ITA recently. While going through the PR application, I realized that when I submitted the EE profile, I accidentally said said Yes to the question "Have you applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before" thinking it was asking if I had created EE profile before (I had an old EE profile) and entered the old EE number in the "Please provide the Permanent Residence (PR) file number" field.
I did not receive any ITA with my old EE profile.
Now I do have the option to correct this mistake while filling out the PR form by saying No but I am worried whether saying No now will reduce my CRS points.

Please let me know if this change will affect my CRS score.

Hi guys! My previous application was cancelled as incomplete and now that I can submit the paperwork again...I'm not sure about how to answer this:

-Has (myname) applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? YES
-Has (myname) applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before? YES
-Please provide the Permanent Residence (PR) file number? Should i place here the PREVIOUS NUMBER or the current one in the application? It's confusing as the two first questions ask about what was done before...

Please help!
