Hi I am asking this for a friend.
He has valid Canada Visitor visa. Currently he is in India. He will be applying for Study Permit from India in June 2020. However, before the study permit gets approved, he would like to be in Canada (in July 1st week) on his valid visitor visa.
If the Study permit gets approved after he arrives in Canada,
(1) can he send his passport for stamping in Canada and may be do flagpoling once his passport is stamped? OR
(2) does he have to go back to India to send the passport for stamping?
Much appreciate for any leads on above. Thanks in advance.
