have valid post-graduation work permit but TRV and study permit

Hi all,

first of all I would like to explain my situation.
I have been living in Canada for 3+ years as a student and just graduated last June 2012. Then last August 2012, I received my post-graduation work permit for 3 years and have been working full time with local IT company since then. My temporary resident visa has already expired long time ago back in 2010, however I had been extending my study permit till I finished my study last June 2012. Next, I've just left Canada a week ago for a short vacation to my home country (Indonesia). A couple of days ago, I just realized that my study permit have already expired (valid till September 2012) and I only have post-graduation work permit in my hand. I know for sure that I cant re-enter Canada without a visa.

With my situation here, what is the best steps for me to take? I believe I need to apply for RTV again but isnt it gonna be slightly different case as I already have post-graduation work permit and full time job in Canada. I'm not 100% sure about all of this. Please guide me my fellow brothers and sisters..

Btw, I tried browsing online, went to the embassy of Canada's website but there is no specific information that satisfy the answers I'm looking for.

If you are from a Visa exempt country then you don't require a TRV...but if no then yes...

and PGWP is good enough,,,you no longer need the study permit.

1, The PGWP is fine, it gives you status when you are in Canada.

You should have applied for a TRV in Canada before leaving to your country.

Now you are at the mercy of the Canadian mission in Indonesia. It shouldn't be a problem since you have a valid PGWP.

When you apply for the TRV, make sure to submit a copy of your employment contract along with the PGWP.
