Hi Friends,

I have valid closed wp and visa until Jan 2016 but I do not have project here in Canada to work. But, other employer is ready to take me but other employer is not willing to apply LMO/LMIA.

My EE profile is in pool with 439 points. Any chances to get open work permit for me?

Is there any options for me to join other company as my current visa & work permit closed(tied up with current employer).

at present I am in Canada and my current employer is planning to send me back to my home country in July, please advise if you have any thoughts.

As mentioned by you, closed work permit is tied to your current employer. If you want to work with new employer, a new LMIA is needed. 439 being a reasonable score, chance of getting ITA is good.

If you can get LMIA with new employer, nothing like it. I don't think you can get open work permit.
