Have they returned my application??? help please

The application that you submitted does not meet the requirements for processing as there are documents and/or forms missing. All requested documents/information and a copy of this letter must be submitted within 30 days of the date of this letter in order to be processed.
If you are unable to provide - 2 - any or all of the requested documents/information, please explain why they are not available. If you do not provide the requested documents within the timeframe, your application will be returned to you as unprocessed.
When you resubmit your application, if it meets the requirements for processing, it will then enter the processing queue based on the date of its re-submission.
To help you understand why your application is being returned or not processed, either pursuant to section 12 of the Regulations, and/or for not meeting the conditions established by the Ministerial Instructions, we have noted the reason on the following document.
Document Checklist – Spouse [IMM 5533] The following items are missing and/or incomplete from your application package:  Complete Use of Representative Form (IMM 5476).
a completed and signed Use of a Representative form (IMM5476) is required for the authorization of release of documents and information to the individual residing at this address.  Sponsor's Employment/Source of Support (Original Letter of Employment, Notice of Assessment).

I got the email from CIC on May 26th, and they told me i have some documents missed, i have no idea if it means they have returned to me or they gave me a chance to re-submit the missing docs in 30 days. and how could i re-submit the missing docs to them??? (IMM 5476+NOA). by they way my husband still do not have his NOA right now. Thank you very much!!!!! and they do give me a file number on the beginning of the email with yellow highlight "File XF000507417", is that a file number??? and is that mean they still put me in system??? Thank you very much!!!! i am stressed out right now

The letter states if you do not provide the documents within the time frame your application will be returned to you. So you need to submit the documents with in the required time line.Use the file number they provided and try to link your application online and yet to upload required documents there if that fail Send the documents with a copy of the letter they sent via mail. If your husband still has no NOA you need to explain to them Why. Good luck

Focus on two problematic areas: 1. IMM0008 and 2. Sponsor's Employment/Source of Support (Original Letter of Employment, Notice of Assessment). In IMM0008 you have given a different address other than that of Principal Applicant and for that reason you are now required to furnish "Use of Representative Form (IMM 5476)." but if you give Principal Applicant address than you can skip IMM5476. Secondly, you failed to provide two mandatory documents pertaining to sponsor - Original letter from employer as per specified format in Guide and latest 2016 Notice of Assessment. My advice for you to thoroughly read the Basic guide, main guide and complete the checklist documents. Good luck

Yes that is your temporary file number once you submit the requested documents they will give you your UCI and X will change into F. I just received an email this morning from CPC after 11 days by the time we received AOR and they can't continue the processing of my sponsorship because we didn't submitted my husband's Supplementary Information. We need to submit the requested document within 15 days in the address that was provided. So this morning, i submitted thru Express Post and standard delivery will be on 5/31.

Could I please ask how did you link to the website? We tried the family name+application numbe, but the temporary file number starts from "X" which cannot go through it. And which name you entered to link in? Sponsor name or applicant name??? Thank you very much

I linked my husband's information (Principal Applicant) .Some of applicants can linked without AOR .put one space bar in city of birth dont put anything just one space bar. Type 2 in number of applicant if you don't have dependants.

Do not worry about linking now. Prepare a letter addressing Visa Officer that in response to their mail you are enclosing the requested doc. Once IRCC gets all the missing doc and your file is complete, you can link the application after you get AOR.. Good Luck!

The requested form needs to be submitted in original, employer letter in original, NOA 2016 copy. All to be send with a cover letter to th same address where you sent your application package unless there is another address mentioned in the IRCC letter you received..

Do not worry about linking now. Prepare a letter addressing Visa Officer that in response to their mail you are enclosing the requested doc. Once IRCC gets all the missing doc and your file is complete, you can link the application after you get AOR.. Good Luck!
