have spouce visa - divorce - skilled worker class immigration

Hello seniors,

i have applied for spouce visa with my wifes student visa we both get approved. now my wife wants divorce as she no longer needs me. i want to apply for skilled worker class. any body can please guide me through the process as i am already holding spouce visa and getting divorced. whome do i need to inform before i file another application for skilled worker class ?

You don't need to inform anyone anything before filling for a skilled worker class visa. You will need to get your divorce finalized and have divorce papers on hand. Once you divorce your visa is no more valid. Good luck.
