Few Questions!
1) Form IMM0008 - Schedule - 8, Point no.5 it says your work experience in Canada.
I have 1+ years of experience in Canada and before that i have some experience in my home country do i need to mention that also in this form. Experience aquired from outside canada goes on Shedule A Background declarartion form
Also regarding main duties should i fill same as what is written in the reference letter issued by the firm. Make sure the duties match your NOC code
2) where do i Send the application to? Sydney
Sydney, Nova Scotia - i am living in Calgary
On Generic application form - Immigration Office requested should be CPP-Ottawa. Yes
3) In my reference letter the employer has already written the annual income then also should i produce them with the salary pay slips or can i send the T-4 form once i receive it. You must sent T4 and NOA, pay slips are optional
4) Form 5669E - There is not enough space to write type of certificate, company etc. should i send it in the same way or should i attach the additional sheet.
If there no room for that, the information probably not required
