Thanks for your reply, I just added my foreign work experience and its supposed to bump up my score but I am not even going to bet on that ... I was under the assumption that I can only apply for nominations in other provinces if I had a job offer? I will just do all I can for now , I have nothing to lose anyway . I am hesitant to get a lawyer as well to discuss my options. But I guess I can still work on my score from my home country

You can try PNP EE streams who doesn't require job offer. Consider current economic situation it's very hard everyone to find a decent job especially in the Prairies (unemployment rate rise to 7.3%)

I think the problem is you don't have much time left so prepare to apply TRV or even apply from outland.

It sucks so much. I came to Canada 8 years ago and still struggling with the PR process.
