I haven't crossed 1 full year yet, but I have cross the "equal amount of part time work" requirement which is 30 hours per week. I've been working 5 days a week from 9 to 5pm. For Canadian experience, you need at least one calendar year of full-time work. You have 11 months. To count the 50 points, you need new job offer from your employer providing employment one year past PR.

I have the job offer. Working for this employer for 11 months. Previously I was employed with another, having total of 3+ years of experience. The new job offer is based on LMIA except work permit. I need to complete 1 year - or equivalent hours, which is 1500. I've completed more that 1500 hours. Question is can I say I've been working for this employer for 1 year

No, essentially you can only count max of 30 hours per week, so you have to work full time for 52 weeks to count 1 year of experience.
