Have not recieved any kind of confirmation after submitting an application for study permit online

Hello,
I submitted my study permit application online day before yesterday and have made the payment of 235 CAD. But since then I haven't recieved any kind of mail from the cic website. It has been 2 days and I haven't received a confirmation mail or a Biometric instruction letter. Even my account page isn't displaying any submitted application.
Is there anyone facing the same issue?
Or know how to fix this?

It depends on the date / days when you applied & in case if weekend is in between. BTW it takes 3-4 working days to get t he email from CIC stating that the application ha sbeen received.
Which country you have applied ?
Which Uni / Coll ?
Which in take ?

Okay Thank you.. It's just that it has been two days and I literally have no idea if the application is submitted or not.
I'm from India and have been accepted in Conestoga college for May intake.

Well I do hope that your application gets approved in time for May start, what program are you doing? I'm hoping to start in Sept at the Waterloo campus.

For your online application, did you print & sign the Family Information Form IMM5645 or simply uploaded?
