Have not received ROA from inland sept 2022 spousal sponsor app

My Fiancée and I submitted our inland spousal application around September 18th of this year, and still have not received an ROA; my main concern with this, is the swap to online applications a few days after we mailed our application out. Has anyone applied near the same time and received their ROA yet? Is there anyone I can contact to ensure the papers are alright, the mail tracking said it was delivered the next day as we live 30 minutes from the case processing center in Mississauga ; but 2 months of no contact now.

We are worried with Christmas approaching and the inevitable bogging down of the postal service, as she obviously cannot apply for OWP without the ROA.

Any advice? Or should I just wait it out

AOR is the term IRCC uses - Acknowledgement of Receipt. Expect 100 or so days
