Have more than 1 year canadian exp but not continuous for 1 year - Please help its urgent

Hi Folks,

I am dilemma that what should i do ? i have canadian experience but its not continuous for 1 year and my 3 years have been passed of that canadian exp so i am not eligible for CEC class EE. The only option i guess i have is to apply under FSW class EE but for that i require minimum 1 year continuous work experience in order to qualify.

I have 4 months canadian work exp as desktop support(noc code 2882) from Oct 2015 - Feb 2016 then another 5 months cad work exp as desktop support(2882) from july 2016 - Dec 2016(for client(xyz) but was paid by agency) then again 6 months cad work exp as desktop support(2282) but here i started getting paid directly from company for same client(xyz) from Jan 2017 - June 2017.... so technically i work 11 months for same client(xyz) but was paid through agency for initial 5 months then was paid directly by company,. so is 11 months enough to qualify for FSW ?

i didn't apply for CEC in 2017 - 2018 bcoz i got married so i applied for inland spouse sponsorship but my marriage didn't last(getting divorce) and my wife withdraw my application at last moment so came back in india in april 2019.

so my question is this if i work as Medical Coder(Noc code 1252) for 1 continuous year then will i be eligible for FSW ? or i should work in IT field which is my back ground ? will different NOC jobs codes affects immigration process will i be disqualified for not working in same past NOC code 2882 ?

i also have relatives who has business in automobile and other relative has business of extracurricular classes for children so if i work as Automobile Store Manager/Supervisor or Trainer/Coach then its ok and which codes should i used if i work as Automobile Store Manager/Supervisor ? what will be code of Trainer/Coach ? what should i do now where should i work ? does any job is ok for 1 year or ideally i should only look for job of noc 2282 only ? PLEASE ADVISE

You can work in any NOC A, B or 0 role for one year continuously to be eligible for FSW.

Note that the FSW program application process is now through Express Entry. You don't just need the one year of continuous work experience but must also have enough points to be selected. Right now you need 460+ points to be picked out of the pool.

So even if work as automobile store supervisor/manger(No past exp or background study) or Trainer/Coach(No past exp or background study) will it be ok or i need some certification/degree or course in order to work in these jobs ?

Can i work any kind of job in NOC 0, A, or B without having any exp or background or related degree/study) in that particular job for one year then it should be ok right ? bcoz my back ground is in IT field and I have study IT(Information Technology) course in canada and also have cad work exp in IT Support job(2282) only so CIC wont mind if i work in completely different field/Job ? will it be ok ? or in future CIC immigration officer will have issue saying that you dont background or experience to work in any other job than IT Support ?

I just want to be 100% sure before i choose any job in india other then IT Support bcoz its one year job and i dont want any problem in future so i very worried and confused and thanks again for your quick reply appreciated.

You can work in any NOC 0, A, or B job to qualify. You don't need to have any certification or educational qualification for the job - you just need to show that you have worked in that job for one full year.

There is no requirement to match your education with your job.

and i was just reading eligibility about FSW EE and its says regarding skilled work experience that you need:-

• at least 1 year of continuous work or 1,560 hours total (30 hours per week). You can meet this in a few different ways:
  • full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
  • equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
  • full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

For part-time work, you can work more or less than 15 hours/week as long as it adds up to 1,560 hours.
We don’t count any hours you work above 30 hours/week.

So my question is Suppose if do 2 different noc code full time jobs at same time for eg Tanier/teaching and Store supervisor or medical coder at same time then is it ok ? and will i get 2 years points bcoz i would be working 2 different full time jobs for 1 year ? and does it beneficial to do that if yes or no then why/reasons ?

Beside this Does Any one had in past or have done 2 different full time jobs at same time for continues 1 year and had apply for Express entry and did they face any difficulty or faced any issue positive or negative for showing 2 different full time jobs at same time and did they got any advantage/disadvantage for doing that i mean did they extra points or upper hand ? Please advise and reply if anybody had already apply for EE with showing 2 different full time jobs at same time for 1 year and what was their experience please share., Thanks in advance

I have a question. Out of my total work experience, 2 years and 8 months is in one company. In this company itself I was first on consultant profile then on third party payroll and then on that company's payroll. However my roles and responsibilities were same.
Q1- Should I mention the same on my reference letter from that company?
Q2- And then give a separate reference letter for the third party experience?
