Have lodged application but am moving out of my home

Hey guys. Sorry if this has been asked, couldn't find an answer.

I have lodged my application, uploaded all my documents and everything a week ago. I am applying inland and have to move to another apartment.

I was wondering what is the procedure for changing address? Or can I just ask my soon to be landlord to look out for letters for me?
