Hi
pls can someone offer good advice on my concerns.
1. Have not earned any income in a couple of years. Question 3 on my SPONSORSHIP EVALUATION form requests information on my net personal income. I have no idea what to fill in this section. Has anyone been in this 'situation' b4? Any advice.
2. I would love to change my last name to that of my husband b4 i send out our application. I assemed that my passport would need to reflect this name change? Am I correct, pls?
Also, do I need to apply for a new PR card which reflects this name change?
3. Third, I need to include my spouse's school certificate as proof of relationship. (this is specific to certain regions, only).
Problem is, he lost it and i dont even think it possible to get a new one. Even if it were, the process would be sooooooo stressful and time comsuming. (he would need to physically travel to his former school for this and he cant possibly get a leave from work for this, not in the next 2 - 3 months, which we dont have.)
Is it wise to send out our application without it and mayb include an explanation?? I dont knw what to do??
4. Lastly, d document checklist requires a citizenship certificate for all family members who are citizens. I dont have this for our daughter but i have her canadian passport and birth certificaates. Are these documents not enough proof of canadian citizenship or ...?
Thanx everyone!
