Have a work permit in another country while living in Canada with PR

I have a question: Does holding a work/residence permit in another country affect my citizenship application? For Q3, regarding immigration status, I visit that country occasionally, but my stays are never longer than 20 days. Will this status impact my citizenship application?

Only fulfillment of presence and other Canadian citizenship requirements matter. You can hold tourist visas, work permits, permanent residence, citizenship, or even government offices in another country. Don't overthink this. Follow the instructions in the documents/applications.
