Have a Express entry PR, no CSQ but job offer in montreal

Hi, I have recently received my COPR through Express Entry. I also have a job offer in Montreal(Quebec). I do not have CSQ. Will I be allowed to work in Quebec

1. Yes, as long as you don't try to "land" there or indicate on "landing" that you are going to Quebec or give a Quebec address for PR card.

Thanks for this. But, when I will go to Montreal to work, will the further formalities such as opening a bank account or getting a place to live not have issues

No, there will not be an issue. The limitations apply to landing.
