There is a website to find panel physicians:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

It appears there aren't any in Cuba, and you should search based on what countries you can travel to.

Thank you, the current VO for cuba applications is in Mexico, but there are no flights to that country from Cuba not sure what to do as the medical is needed. Cheers

Thanks, I believe cuban nationals require visa travelling to most countries, including Mexico. There used to be a dedicated panel of physicians in Havana for medical checkups, however its not available now. At this point no solution to this as I am trying to help a friend with his family. Hopefully there are some people with experience with similar situations, as the PR visa requires completion of the medical. Cheers
