Well said KJG, thanks!KJG said:Hi everyone.....let's try and do some damage control here.......it's always sad when a marriage is entered into in fraud and unfortunately for us this time it was a Cuban male.......the pakistan and russian marriage scams never made the front page....but this is sensationalism at its best......I have heard of nothing but this all day.....and I worked today and my husband is working tonite and I don't know if he knows about it...and frankly I am not saying anything to him.....we all know these stories entering into our respective relationships and hopefully everyone has no doubts......but honestly I was married before and my husband cheated on me.....is that any better??? It's unfortunate that this bum got in under the old rules but he did and that is why immigration changed the rules....2 years and 5 years....I think it is a good start in a medium position.....not too harsh but not as easy as it was.
Will this make Havana worse....the answer is no, not in my opinion......the interviewers there will remain the same....for every fraudster they let in a real marriage gets put on hold because of a denial....
As long as you have no doubts about your relationship that is the most important thing.....never marry when in doubt!!!!
Im leaving for Holguin in 3 days, I can't wait to see hubby!
