HI ppsandy79.....GCMS = Global Case Management System...whenever your file has been touched or looked at there is a note put on an electronic file and usually when I file has been sitting for months and months a sponsor and/or applicant order them to see if there are any "flags" on the file......at this time do not order yours.....your file has just been transferred to Havana...if you hear nothing by Christmas then you may consider ordering them....but the thing is.....it takes 30 days and the notes are 30 days old....so if you order too early nothing may be noted........so for example...your file is just arriving in Cuba...if you order now they will probably not have anything other then the arrival of the file.......I ordered mine when the interview was requested.....and like I said 25 pages of cryptic messages and one paragraph of meat and potatos...which said....3 year relationship...1 year married....constant daily communication.....wedding with family & friends....seems to be bona fide marriage...interview for quality assurance....that was it!!!ppsandy79 said:

You have to fill out the two forms I was talking about before IMM5583 (for you) and IMM5475 (for hubby), pay 5 dollars, send a passport photo, all scanned and signed, and 30 days letter you get them electronically! easy peasy compared to what we went through with applications! lolppsandy79 said:

I meant 5563, and 5475 is for the applicant to sign and agree to release the information to the citizen/PR living in Canada (the requester has to be in canada when requesting these notes). You tell her her you want to send money to Cuba to whomever etc. She takes all the info from you for payment and hubby's, address phone # and viola the money will be sent out exchanged into CUC's in Havana and then delivered from there to hubby's house. It takes a few days but it always gets there right into hubby's hands.My CC statement showed Lemargo on it for the transaction instead of Antillas the last few times. I enquired with Marilu and she explained that they are using Lemargo in Toronto to help them. In the past I would have to send a money order with the information in a letter, use snail mail etc. It took awhile but hubby always got the money every time as he has with a credit card. You can register on line with them to track the transaction as well. They also have pages to shop for items to send. Food stuffs I believe is only for the people in Havana but may have changed by now. I have only ever sent money. 1 514 385-9221/ 1 888 385-9449 Canada / USA I always called the first number as that was where I came across Marilu.
