I applied for and was granted a visitor visa to Canada about 4 years ago, before express entry and CIC.

Seems like there exists a UCI, just not aware of it.
Hi there,How do I answer this ?
I applied for and was granted a visitor visa to Canada about 4 years ago, before express entry and CIC.
I mentioned that I applied earlier but did not have a UCI.Hi there,
Could you pls confirm if you answered YES or NO?
I see. So you answered YES I believe.I mentioned that I applied earlier but did not have a UCI.
My application was approved, so I think that it was fine.
I see. So you answered YES I believe.
I have received an ITA based on NO to this question. Do you think K could change it to YES post ITA? Is it okay to do so?
You mean this field is not as important as others as far as rejections are concerned?I wouldn't bother about it. Before submitting my application, I actually spend a lot of time browsing https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/reasons-for-rejection.306713/ and didn't find any real references for this particular scenario.
8 numerical digita is a UCI. You may put that.I have a related question, my husband (principal applicant) has a visitor visa from January 2016, so we answered yes to that question in his EE profile. But I have no idea if he has a UCI. The visa on his passport has a couple of numbers on it:
- Document No. Begins with an E followed by 9 digits
- C. Rec. 8 digits
Could it be one of those? Back then we hired a consultant to process his visa so I don't have all the forms and documents.
