Post ITA : I have query about this question Has this person ever used any other name?
I had passport in the past which was my name (different spelling for my first and middle and last name) written in different spelling (the current one) for one year or so and during that time I used that passport to travel to other countries?

then I changed back my passport's name to my original spelling.

do I have to answer yes or no ?

i had different spelling and i didn't. as it wasn't a name change just a spelling difference. i mentioned in LOE why there's a spelling difference. i would consider name change to be an actual legal change, like maiden to married name or simply a complete name change that was legally done
