Has the forms changed since Oct 12-13?

I have filled the form from Oct 12-13 gradually and I am going to submit the form this wednesday. Has it changed? and do I have to download and fill the new form?

Second question: Can I print the filled form now and sign it the day I want to submit? Does the bar-code change when date changes?
 
I fill the form few days ago but didn't send it because I have issue with Q11 like many others! After you print out the form Q11 informations cutted you cant see everything you wrote in there. But this form doesn't have barcode!! And I believe was updated Oct 19

I filled the older form that didn't have this problem. What has changed in the form?

Do you think I can send the old filled form that doesn't have any problem?

I think you can send it ,not sure! The newest form has issue regarding Q11, after you fill in all addresses of employer and print it out you cant see whole field is cutting of some letters?
 
The form has been updated 25th Oct
Q11 now works
