Has Immigration made any announcements during this COVID 19 crisis???

If yes can someone send the link. If they have not they should be. There are lot of student with expiring visas.
There are a lot of sponsor loosing their jobs, which is a requirement to sponsor. There are students who live paycheck to paycheck. They dont qualify for Employment insurance welfare.etc.
Has deadlines been extended?
