Has anyone's PR application been approved with spouse as non-accompanying

Hello everyone,
Has anyone's Express entry application for the PR been approved here when they have specified spouse as non accompanying? The reason behind being that applying with spouse was lowering the CRS score and was difficult to get an invite.

Many people have, and recently some people are having challenges with it. It seems to go better if you explicitly state the reason why the spouse is not accompanying is because of points.
