has anyone who applied after february 2008 got a result already? If the processing time (6 to 12 months) that they said is true, will it be advisable for us to re-apply using the new process than wait for another 4-5 years in the queue?

what will happen to the applications that are in the list & were submitted before November 2008 to the local visa offices?

My first 6 months has elapsed and since June 2008 my file status is " in process " ...
