Has anyone tried the electronic FBI police certificate? Can I submit it for express entry?

Our PDF is black and white and signature is not clear . it's been copied and than uploaded. I know some Pr cases was rejected just because PDF file was black and white. What should I do.

Use the pdf version( Black and White) (online) one and upload. I did the same for my FBI PCC and I have a PR now. It works perfectly fine.

Thank you. One more question .If PCC will be 7-8 months old on the moment of submitting documents after ITA will it be ok? I didn't visit US for last 10 years anyway. Or I should order a new one?
