Any new immigrants who have recently got their PR cards? Anyone from 27th July onwards?

Actually I landed on July 3rd and left July 18th. My card has come in the mailing address I left in Canada but my wife and child's own did not arrive as yet.

I applied upon 1st landing on June 26 and I got it by mail around 25 July .

whats going on, i landed on the 27th of july, and still havent received my card, today is the 16th of september. thats 1 month plus 19 days. so i called them and they tell me there is a printer issue
