Please be specific with your question. If you send all the mandatory docs and they are found in order, you will receive the AOR.

Supporting docs are basically 'additional' docs which can only strengthen your case.

If you are talking about the T4, yes, you can get an AOR without having submitted this document.

However, one would hope that you at least submitted your final pay stub of last year, which would show your YTD income etc. As long as you have provided some supporting documentation in relation to pay, you should be fine!

However, if you have submitted your application without any supporting documentation, you MAY receive your AOR and later find that your app is rejected. I'd suggest sending the T4 and then the NOA as soon as you receive them!

Please refer to the post by jsm0085. It is your recent T4 / NOA that you have to submit. If not 2012 then, 2011 should serve the purpose.

As and when you get your AOR, you can always send your additional / SUPPORTING doc.
