Has anyone received their AOR without sending all documents?

Can anyone share their experience on this?

Is it possible to receive your AOR, while you still have 1 or more supporting documents to be sent/added to your CEC application?

What is that supporting doc you are referring to?

Please be specific with your question. If you send all the mandatory docs and they are found in order, you will receive the AOR.

Supporting docs are basically 'additional' docs which can only strengthen your case.

Well any of the required documents for CEC.

I'm sure there may be several others on this forum who do not have everything on the checklist. (Myself included - I am still waiting for my 2012 T4)

So I was wondering if anyone has heard anything or know of anyone who has received an AOR even though Immigration had not yet received ALL documents on the checklist.

Please refer to the post by jsm0085. It is your recent NOA that you have to submit.

If you are talking about the T4, yes, you can get an AOR without having submitted this document.

However, one would hope that you at least submitted your final pay stub of last year, which would show your YTD income etc. As long as you have provided some supporting documentation in relation to pay, you should be fine!

However, if you have submitted your application without any supporting documentation, you MAY receive your AOR and later find that your app is rejected. I'd suggest sending the T4 and then the NOA as soon as you receive them!

As and when you get your AOR, you can always send your additional / SUPPORTING doc.

As long as you get the documents in before processing of your application beings, you will be fine !
